Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, or failure to arrive for the appointment, will be considered a no-show.

No-shows incur a 50% fee of the scheduled services, and future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid. If we do not have a card on file to charge your no show fee, then you will be unable to reschedule with us until that fee is paid. 

Booking Appointments

A debit or credit card on file is required to secure all appointments.

Cards saved in our system are encrypted, cannot be viewed by your artist. 

You will be able to use this card at checkout.

Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, per the above policy.

Running Late Policy

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period from their scheduled start time.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being marked as a no-show, the 50% fee applied, and the need to reschedule.

For lash, brow and spray tan appointments, the grace period is 10 minutes.

No Children Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests, children are not permitted in the salon during a parent or guardian’s appointment. There are no exceptions, if you show up with a child then you will be considered a no show (see no show policy). 

Product Return & Exchange Policy

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds, as products cannot be resold once purchased.

Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value.

Lash Service Policy

Refer to our Running Late Policy for timing guidelines.

For lash fills, clients must arrive with at least 40% retention.

Anything less will require scheduling a full set, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled if time does not allow.

Same-Day Appointments

Clients may book same-day appointments (appointments made on the same calendar date).

Clients have up to 1 hour after booking to adjust or cancel.

Same day appointments within 1 hour of the service are the only exceptions of keeping a card on file.

After that window, same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee.
