Rental Options:
Upper Patio or Lower Patio:
This rate is only for one floor option and only able to rent for classes, or work meetings for 1-2 hours. Holds up to 40 people. Not for events!
Rate: $50/hour
Patio Combo:
Includes Upper and Lower Patio space. Holds 50-70 people. This rate is only for small gatherings or events during off season. (Dec-March)
Rate: $100/hour (December-March pricing)
Entire Patio with Gazebo:
Includes Upper, Lower, Outdoor and Gazebo space. Can hold up to 100 people. This is the rate for gatherings and/or events during our in season time frame, April - November
Rate: $150/hour (April-November)
Network Special:
Book three events at the same time, all for different dates and receive a discounted rate. (No cancelations or reschedules allowed.
Kitchen:
You can add this onto any package. Includes prep table, sink, large fridge, convention over and pizza oven.
Required if your private caterer needs to prep on-site.
Rate: $150 flat rental rate
Bridal Suite:
This comes with paid services. If you would like to rent the space for a gathering, class or get together. Holds 20 people.
Rate: $50/hour
Wedding Venue:
We offer the indoor (two story space), outdoor patio, gazebo and deck for weddings up to 100 people. This is a 10 hour rental day.
Rate: Base venue rental $2500 (additional add on packages available for set up, clean up, day of coordination and rentals).
Entire Property:
Upon date availability. Separate contract. Weddings are also a separate contract and pricing.

Important Rental Information:
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time frame. All alcohol must be brought in by the party. No glass bottles/cups allowed on property. Liquor bottles are permitted.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult when they are on the property, especially outside by the water. There is NO rock throwing. No one is allowed to sit or stand on the rocks.
- Cactus Hair Salon does not own the entire property around the lake. The property line will be shown and guests are not to go past the property lines.
- If your event extends 30 minutes past your end time, you will be charged and additional hour at $100.
- 2.5% processing fee will be added to final invoice for payment processing.
- No decorations will be hung with nails, screws or other invasive means to the windows, doors, ceiling, woodworks or light fixtures. All tape will be removed and thrown away. If confetti is left for Cactus staff to clean the will be an additional charge of $150.
- The event party is responsible to set up the tables and chairs the way you want them, and retuning them to the original position. If you would like to purchase coordination package please ask.
- Cactus is not responsible for any items left behind.
- Cactus owner, Krystal will make all final approvals for this event/party.
- The remaining balance along with any additional add-ons must be paid a week in advance through the invoice.
- Any changes to original contract will depend on availability.
- If you are not renting the entire property, you are not to wander into the other parts of the property inside or outside. Staying in the area you rented is non-negotiable.
- All spaces include tables, chairs, trash cans and fully stocked restrooms. AC and Heat for indoor space. Alexa Echo Bluetooth Speaker.
